Terms & Conditions — dn999 Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the dn999 website or any associated mobile interface (collectively, the "Platform"), and by registering an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2. Definitions

The following terms, when used with an initial capital letter, carry the meanings assigned to them in this section throughout these Terms:

• "Account" — the personal account created by a registered User on the dn999 Platform.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money funds and any bonus funds separately identified.
• "Bet" / "Wager" — any financial stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, crash game, or other wagering product available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded under a specific offer that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• "BDT" — Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification process, consisting of identity and address documentation checks required under the Platform's anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering procedures.
• "Real-Money Funds" — funds deposited by a Player that are not subject to wagering requirements and are freely withdrawable subject to these Terms.
• "Services" — all betting, gaming, and account management features made available to registered Users on the Platform.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any paid Services on dn999. By completing registration, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. dn999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is operated for the entertainment of adults in Bangladesh and comparable jurisdictions where access to online betting platforms is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. dn999 makes no representation that the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions and accepts no liability for Players accessing the Platform from prohibited territories.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on dn999. Duplicate accounts, regardless of the name, email address, mobile number, payment method, or device used to register them, are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, dn999 reserves the right to merge or close the duplicate accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold bonus funds without prior notice.

3.4 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration and must update your Account details if any of that information changes. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or address — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any Account Balance.

4. Account Responsibilities

4.1 Login Credentials

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members. dn999 will treat all activity conducted under your Account as activity authorised by you.

4.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify dn999 support immediately via live chat (available through the account dashboard) or by email at support at dn999.io. dn999 will investigate any reported unauthorised access and may temporarily freeze the Account pending the outcome of that investigation. dn999 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.3 Account Activity

You are solely responsible for all bets, deposits, withdrawals, and communications made through your Account. dn999 is entitled to rely on instructions communicated through your Account and is not obliged to verify the identity of the person actually using the Account at the time of any transaction.

4.4 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if there has been no login for a continuous period of 12 months. dn999 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of ৳100 per month to inactive accounts after 12 months of inactivity, until the Balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. Players will be notified by the email address on file before any fee is applied.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

dn999 accepts deposits in BDT via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum deposit amount per transaction may vary depending on the payment method and is displayed during the deposit process.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your Account Balance within 30 seconds of confirmed payment. Bank card deposits may take up to 10 minutes. dn999 does not impose any deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible to withdraw funds, you must: (a) have completed KYC verification; (b) have met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; (c) have used the payment method associated with your Account for the original deposit; and (d) not be subject to any account restriction, fraud investigation, or self-exclusion period. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for verified accounts in good standing. Funds are returned to the same bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account used to make the original deposit. dn999 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts. In exceptional circumstances, or where further verification is required, processing may take up to 5 business days.

5.5 Currency

All transactions on dn999 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). dn999 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required on the player's side is the player's responsibility and will incur no adjustment from dn999.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

dn999 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bets, and seasonal promotions from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including the applicable wagering requirement, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry date, all of which are stated on the relevant promotion page.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the individual promotion terms before they can be converted to real-money funds and withdrawn. Wagering contributions differ by product: sports bets typically contribute 100% of the stake toward wagering requirements; certain casino games may contribute a lower percentage. Real-money funds are always used for bets before bonus funds, unless the promotion specifies otherwise.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

dn999 reserves the right to withhold bonuses, void winnings, and close accounts where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; using automated software to satisfy wagering requirements; placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a risk-free outcome; and collusion with other players for the purpose of bonus harvesting.

6.4 Expiry

Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements within the time limit specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Account Balance automatically. dn999 will not reinstate expired bonuses except where the expiry was caused by a Platform error on dn999's part.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Placement

A bet is accepted and binding only when dn999's system generates a confirmed bet receipt with a unique bet reference number. Bets that do not receive a confirmation are not valid, and dn999 accepts no liability for bets that a Player believes were placed but were not confirmed due to connectivity issues, browser errors, or Platform maintenance.

7.2 Odds and Markets

All odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. dn999 reserves the right to correct any odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error ("Palpable Error"). Bets placed at odds affected by a palpable error may be voided or settled at the correct odds at dn999's discretion.

7.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are suspended and re-priced at key events during a match. dn999 does not guarantee the continuous availability of in-play markets. Where a bet is accepted after the outcome of an event is already determined (e.g., due to a delay in data feeds), dn999 reserves the right to void that bet and refund the stake.

7.4 Void Bets

A bet may be voided and the stake returned in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation; abandonment of a match before the relevant market's result is determined; palpable odds errors; and detection of irregular betting patterns or match-fixing indicators. Void bets do not count toward wagering requirements.

7.5 Maximum Winnings

dn999 applies maximum payout limits per event and per bet type. The applicable maximum payout for each market is displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement. Where winnings calculated at the confirmed odds would exceed the applicable maximum, the payout will be capped at the stated maximum and the Player will be notified.

8. Casino & Game Rules

All casino games available on dn999 — including live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and virtual table games — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical dealing equipment streamed in real time. Game results are independently verified by the relevant game provider.

Each game is governed by its own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms and the individual game rules, the individual game rules will take precedence for matters specific to that game; these Terms will take precedence for all account, payment, and conduct matters.

dn999 is not liable for the outcome of any game session affected by a Player's internet connectivity issues. Where a disconnection occurs mid-game, the Platform will attempt to complete the round using the last instruction received from the Player's device. If no instruction was received, the game will be completed according to its standard rules.

Fortune Snake, crash games, and other instant-win game formats display a multiplier that increases in real time. Players must cash out before the multiplier crashes. Failure to cash out before the crash results in the loss of the wagered amount. dn999 does not guarantee any minimum multiplier value for any round.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dn999. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently closed, their Balance (including any winnings) held pending investigation, and may be reported to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether in your own name or under any alias.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human agent to place bets, satisfy wagering requirements, or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a Platform error are void.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, including sharing information about hole cards in live poker games, coordinating bets across accounts, or pooling funds to circumvent per-account limits.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform to obscure the origin of funds derived from criminal activity.
• Misrepresenting your identity or age during registration or KYC verification.
• Placing bets on events where you have material non-public information (insider information) that gives you an unfair advantage.
• Any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at dn999 staff or other Players via support channels.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the dn999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data feeds, and audio-visual elements — is the proprietary property of dn999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of dn999.

Third-party game content, including games developed by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is used by dn999 under licence. No Player acquires any rights in that content by playing the games.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dn999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profit, or emotional distress.

dn999's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents is limited to the amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

dn999 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance where possible. dn999 is not liable for losses attributable to Platform downtime, maintenance, or third-party service failures.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits dn999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Responsible Gaming

dn999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its players. The Platform provides the following tools, accessible directly from the account dashboard at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for any single gambling session. The Platform will prompt you to confirm continuation or log out when your limit is reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from gambling for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which you cannot place bets or make deposits.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details — is used for account management, fraud prevention, age verification, and payment processing purposes. dn999 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Transactional data, including bet history and deposit/withdrawal records, is retained for a minimum of five years from the date of the relevant transaction, in compliance with applicable record-keeping obligations.

14. Amendments to These Terms

dn999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, dn999 will notify registered Players via the email address on file and will display a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than 14 days before the revised Terms take effect.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights of Players, and updates to reflect changes in applicable law — may be made without prior notice and take effect immediately upon publication.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a Player and dn999 arising from or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally in the first instance by contacting dn999 support.

Where informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of the dispute being raised, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. dn999's decisions on bet settlement, account closure based on breach of these Terms, and the application of bonus wagering requirements are final, subject to the arbitration right described above.

dn999 does not waive any right under these Terms by failing to enforce that right in any particular instance. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
